 School Supplies: Students are required to come to school prepared to learn each day. They should have two to three sharpened pencils, crayons and their notebooks for the day. Students need five notebooks for the year. One is their Daily Journal, the others consist of their Classbook, Math, Science, Reading and Social Studies notebooks.
Birthday Policy: In-class birthday parties are allowed; however Ms. Parquette asks that parents inform her at least a week in advance and provide their own party supplies/food. Parties should take place at the end of the day (within the last 30 minutes) and preferably on Friday’s.

We're on our way to becoming a Master Reader classroom!
 Upcoming Tests: The students are tested on their weekly “Power Words” every Friday. Math assessments are given as units are completed. Students will be given a week's notice prior to any assessments.

Healthy Habits
Homework: The homework is collected every Monday and checked for completion. Students also receive a new homework sheet with the entire week’s homework on Mondays. Students should use their time wisely and complete each daily assignment on the given day.
